Hearty Asian Noodle Soup Recipe

Hearty Asian Noodle Soup Recipe

Asian noodle soup is great year-round, but particularly welcomed in winter and the chilly nights of spring and fall. I like my soup with noodles, a palette of colorful vegetables and a touch of protein. You can use left over vegetables and meat to prepare your soups, so the possibilities are endless. If you are working with Ramen noodles, you can make a healthier soup by making your own soup base and adding fresh vegetables. If you are using tofu instead of meat, cut it in cubes or as desired and stir-fry it on a skillet with vegetable oil, adding…

Cooking the perfect turkey. Third time’s a charm!

Cooking the perfect turkey. Third time’s a charm!

This is the third year I try cooking the perfect turkey.  I finally found a recipe that does the trick. Today's bird came out juicy and flavorful! I was a proud host. I used vinegar instead of lemon juice and oregano instead of rosemary and still came out great. I also used whole garlic cloves in the stuffing and seasoned the turkey the night before. Both the bird and the fridge had a wonderful herbal fragrance. Enjoy your holidays! Cooking the perfect turkey. See more Food bites.
